About Us

Howdy! My name is Sophie Mudge, and I’m a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2024. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, a minor in Agribusiness Entrepreneurship, and certifications in Social Media and Professional Event Management. Originally from the Texas Hill Country, I was raised surrounded by entrepreneurs, creativity, and strong community values that continue to shape both my personal and professional life today.

I am so grateful for my College experience and all that God has led me to! The Dianne and M. Edward Rister ’74 Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program at Texas A&M University provided hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, business strategy, financial planning, and professional development within the agricultural industry. Through the program, I networked with industry professionals and business owners while gaining practical experience in market research, budgeting, sales, and operational planning. The program also emphasized real-world application through financial feasibility analysis and the development of a comprehensive capstone business plan.

My passion for creativity and organization has led me into the worlds of weddings, events, retail, and entrepreneurship. Over the years, I’ve worked behind the scenes as a wedding coordinator and florist, managing everything from client communication and timelines to event logistics, design details, and business operations. These experiences taught me how to create thoughtful client experiences while balancing the fast-paced demands that come with service-based industries.

Alongside my event experience, I founded and built my own boutique, Tucker & Co, where I developed and managed the operational systems, branding, marketing, customer experience, and day-to-day organization that keep a business running successfully. Through both retail and service industries, I’ve gained extensive experience in content creation, creative direction, CRM management, bookkeeping, POS systems, team coordination, and organizational workflow development. I’m passionate about helping businesses create systems that feel seamless, intentional, and efficient.

Whether coordinating weddings, managing events, building brands, or supporting businesses behind the scenes, my goal has always been to combine creativity with meaningful organization and communication.

I live in Cat Spring and spend most of my time at the Wagon Haus, where my storefront for Tucker & Co is. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me gardening, crafting, or spending time outdoors with my animals, family, and friends. My heart has always been rooted in creating meaningful experiences and helping others bring their visions to life, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities that continue to allow me to do just that. I am blessed to create because of our ultimate sovereign Creator!
